Chicago in the Spring!

The beauty of spring in the city! Tulips, tulips and more tulips! It is so beautiful! I am so thankful that spring is finally here.

"Conspire"

It was so much fun to have my Mom and the WK team here in the Chicago aria. We got to attend the confrence together and get inspired about all kinds of things that God has been putting on our hearts. God moved in some big ways in a lot of the hearts of the people that went in lots of different ways. It was so amazing! It was also fun just to hang out with everyone and catch up. We just had a blast playing games and being silly and enjoying each others company.

We had a fun weekend. We did lots of fishin and relaxin together. We also had some more fun in the city! It was a fun a relaxing weekend where we just got to spend time with each other. It was nice. And now There is only a couple weeks till i come home. YEAH!!!

Spring is Here?

Hi friends, it has been a loooooong cooooold winter, and supoidly spring is here. The warmest it has gotten so far is 65, and man does it feel good! Every one is outside and in there warm weather cloths. Im still thinking its not that warm. Not for shorts and tank tops. Im just hoping it doesnt tease up with the warmth and then more snow. Im so ready for spring. there are a few signs of it around. The grass it finally truning green the decor in promiseland is all spingy. It is very fun. No flowers have sprung yet, and the trees are still bare. But i hear it's coming. I cant wait. and i cant wait for my friends from the wild kingdom to come visit me! i am soooo excited to see everyone! we are going to have so much fun hanging out and talking and going to the confrence together. i am counting down the days. not to much longer now. and not to much longer till i get to go home. i am very exited. there are a lot of people i will miss but i cant wait to get home to the people i love there. well i love you all and hope you are doing great!

small group retreat

i went on a small group retreat for a couple of days and we went to this cabin in the middle of nowhere. we got to this spot that we had to turn and the road had not been plowed in a long time but we tryed to drive on it anyway. we got stuck. we tryed to push it but it wouldnt move. so we had to get all of out stuff and food out of the van and walk to the cabin. it was about a mile walk. thank goodness it wasnt freezing. it was a beautiful day but it was still not fun to have to carry everything there. we had a good couple of days. i got to spend some quality time with God which i needed. it was refreshing to be in the woods and to be able to see Gods beautiful creation.

hi friends, i just thought you might want to see all of the snow I've been shoveling. it was hard but good. i hope it is over and spring is here.

my trip home

My trip home was great! It didn't start off so great because my flight was canceled on Sunday. I was sooo sad. But I got a fight for 8:00 on Monday morning. So it ended up being ok. So once I finally got there it was full speed ahead the hole time. I was pretty much non stop he whole time. It was so fun! I got to hang out with friend and family and David. And David and I even went down to my bother and sister in laws house for 2 days. Which was a total blast! My parents came down for Friday night and Saturday before church and we all had so much fun! we got to see some of the sights of San Diego and spend some good quality time together. It was hard to leave this time but it was good to know that I only have 3 months left and then I will be home for good. YEAH!!!! I love you guys. Thanks for all of your love and support!

It's Great!

Things are finally really great here I am really looking forward to the next 4 months to grow and learn as the internship comes to it's end. I think it helps being able to see the end coming closer but i am also in a division that i think fits me better with an amazing division leader that i am gaining lots of knowledge form. She has been at Willow for something around 14 years and has lots of knowledge and wisdom to give. So i am just considering my self blessed to be able to work with her.

Christmas was great! I had so much fun with David and my family. It was just great to see them and spend quality time with them. Boy do I miss them. It is going to be so good when I get back and can see them all the time. I took them so for granted before. They are dimonds in the rough let me tell you. You dont get amaizing people like that in you life very often. I just had the best time just being in there presents and talking with them. We played games and talked and laughed. It was perfect. I wouldnt have traded it for the world. I love you guys!

The weather here is not so great it is about in the teens and lower at times. Very cold!!! I think though that i have been handling it pretty well. But it is just not fun to be outside a lot, or even in and out of your car. Cars don't heat up vary fast when it is this cold.

I am excited to come home again at the end of Feb. I will be home for a week. The 17th-24th. I am very much looking forward to seeing David and my family. I am also looking forward to seeing all of you!

Well that is what is new with me. I am doing great!
